The four newly-elected members of the Legislative Council will be officially sworn-in this morning.
A special sitting is being held at 9.30am, when Michael Coleman, Geoff Corkish, Juan Turner and Tony Wild will be asked to swear the oath of allegiance before Tynwald President Clare Christian and Deemster Doyle.
Mr Wild and Mr Corkish were yesterday elected at the first time of asking - the latter’s move sparking a by-election in West Douglas.
The new man in the council, Michael Coleman, has admitted to being a little shell-shocked:
