Minute's silence for Manchester in Keys

Twenty-two people died - 59 injured last night

Victims of the Manchester terror attack were given a mark of respect by members of the House of Keys this morning (Tue).

An explosion caused the deaths of 22 people - injuring a further 59 concert-goers last night at around 10:30pm at the Manchester Arena.

It's known many of those who lost their lives were teenagers - there to watch an Ariana Grande concert.

This morning, MHKs honoured victims, and flags are being flown at half-mast on Isle of Man Government buildings.

Chief Minister Howard Quayle has said his thoughts and prayers are with those who've lost their loved ones.

It's reported a number of Island residents attended the concert - Manx Radio asks anyone who was there to get in touch by calling the newsroom on 682630.
