Industrial action possible in new year
The education minister says his department is waiting to find out what teaching unions' demands are when it comes to pay.
Teachers from three unions are set to be balloted on industrial action in the new year.
Graham Cregeen insists he's willing to revisit an agreement on teacher earnings which hasn't been updated in 27 years.
But he says he also needs to know what exactly is being asked for:
