MHK questions whether prom cracking is 'minor'

Issue of concrete raised in Tynwald

Issues with the red concrete used in the redevelopment of Douglas promenade were raised during Tynwald.

Douglas East MHK Clare Barber says she is not satisfied with a description by Department of Infrastructure member Tim Baker that the cracking is minor.

Ms Barber's comments followed a Tynwald debate into the government support being offered to businesses affected by the scheme.

She says the term 'minor' was not convincing:
