Post Office chair urges affected customers to contact the service instead of posting on social media
Post office customers who experience delays to their letters arriving at their intended destination need to contact the postal service rather the posting on social media.
That's from chair of the organisation Stu Peters, who faced questions from MHKs over delays to local letters in the House of Keys.
Members said some constituents had raised concerns over letters taking up to two weeks to reach their destination, and the impact this could be having on Manx businesses.
But Mr Peters says the number of complaints the Isle of Man Post Office has received has been fairly low:
