Local high school celebrates World Mental Health Day

Students involved with raising awareness

A local secondary school is encouraging its students to become more aware of their mental health.

St Ninian’s High School has been running a variety of mental-wellness activities, including a 'Tea and Talk' session, community jigsaws, 'knit and natter' and group talks from a local mental health charity, Reach IOM.

The events are designed to help pupils feel more comfortable talking openly about their mental well-being, whilst raising awareness of the issue.
