KWC seeks approval for creation of a primary school and play area

Earlier this year it was announced the Buchan will be housed in the KWC site

King William's College is hoping to extend two buildings on its grounds for the creation of a primary school.

The private school in Castletown has submitted a planning application to add an elevation to Jackson Boarding House as well as louvred grilles for ventilation to the building and the Stenning building.

It also hopes to undergo landscaping works to provide playground facilities and create boundary fencing.

Earlier this year it was announced the Buchan School will be housed in the KWC site, which the school says would secure the future of the academic institution.
