Chair Kelly Charman says residents having their say in the design is important
Jurby Commissioners is hoping plans for a new play area in the parish will encourage future Island residents to move to the area.
Chair Kelly Charman and Vice Chair Lee Quaggin ran two drop in sessions for residents to have their say, and despite a low turnout, believe involving the community in the design is important.
The local authority says the current park is old and now is the right time to redevelop the site for the children and families in the area.
