Department has held talks over Manx students' charges
The education minister admits the Isle of Man has little leverage to change the way Manx students are charged for attending university.

Ramsey MHK Dr Alex Allinson asked Graham Cregeen what his department is doing to try to change this.
Mr Cregeen confirmed talks are taking place, but added the Island has limited influence:
Government consultations need 'more objective and neutral' approach
