Hospice looking for participants to take part in study

A new App which will be trialled on Island could be a 'game-changer' for dementia sufferers.

Hospice Isle of Man is looking for participants to take part in a clinical trial study.

It's looking to see how a game-based memory App could improve the quality of life for those with the condition.

Developed by Memory Lane Games it aims to offer simple, dementia-friendly, memory and distraction activities.

Anne Mills is the Hospice chief executive:

Participants for the study must be 65 or over with a mild or moderate diagnosis of dementia.

Anyone wanting to take part can contact Rachel Convery on 01624 647424 or by emailing research@hospice.org.im
