Former director of TTMA resigned on Friday
The former director of the TT Marshals Association says 'the time was right' for him to step down from the role.
Terry Holmes announced his resignation on Friday, but insists the decision was 'amicable'.
He was first elected onto the committee in 2004 and has held a variety of positions including chairman.
