Campaigner questions why committee wasn't praised for Newson's decision

A campaigner says government's stance on built heritage is 'worrying' following reaction to a recent decision by the Planning Committee.

Planners chose not to approve a project to redevelopment a registered building on North Quay in Douglas.

The chief minister questioned whether the decision was safeguarding the Island's past or destroying its future.
