Getting on property ladder 'unattainable' for young people

House prices rose to £310,000+ last year

Students on the Isle of Man have raised concerns that they will be unable to access affordable housing in the future.

It follows calls for the government to revise its First Time Buyers schemes following an increase in house prices.

Last year they rose to an average of £310,442.

Pupils, from QEII High School, have shared their thoughts on whether getting on the property ladder is attainable for younger generations:
