Chamber committee produces report
A senior manager at KPMG says movements towards gender equality will reap economic benefits for the Island.
Laura O'Sullivan Spiers is one of 14 members who sit on the 'Fuel Committee', a branch of the Chamber of Commerce tasked with raising awareness of future trends, issues and solutions to the business community and wider society.
The committee has produced a report, titled 'Diversity in the Workplace: the Gender Balance', which publishes extensive research on gender themes in the professional environment.
