Airline Flybe has confirmed it will end its direct flights between the Island and Southampton later this month.
The service, which operates three times a week, was only brought back into operation in May.
But a spokesman for the airline said the route had ‘failed to meet renewed expectations’ and will end on July 21.
Passengers booked after that date will be offered alternative flights or a full refund.
In April, Flybe brought an end to its service between the Isle of Man and Gatwick after selling its slots at the London airport to Easyjet for £20 million.
