Flybe IoM-Stansted route announced

Flybe is to start operating an Isle of Man-Stansted route from the middle of March next year.

The news came as the airline, today announced it would start operations at Stansted on March 15, also operating routes from there to Newcastle and Newquay.

There will be year-round services to the Isle of Man, with up to three flights a day.

Flybe Chief Commercial Officer Paul Simmons says bolstering regional connectivity is the airline's number one aim

He says Flybe is really thrilled to be able to bring a year-round offer to Stansted Airport and looks forward to welcoming passengers from the Isle of Man, Newcastle and Newquay, who are seeking easy access to Hertfordshire, Essex and London.
