First time buyers struggling to get on the property ladder

Demand for homes rises during lockdown

First time buyers on the Island say it's getting increasingly difficult to get on the property ladder.

  

Since the first lockdown last year demand for homes has risen - with many looking for properties with outdoor spaces.

 

Rightmove claims that in the last week searches for homes here had risen 1000% on the same period last year.
