An exhibition currently taking place in Laxey is highlighting the importance of art for those dealing with stress.
'Perspectives' features work from those who use 'Rock2Recovery', an organisation that supports those who've served in the armed forces and their families.
It's on at the Hodgson Loom Gallery until 15 November.
