'Perspectives' features work from those who've served in the armed forces

An exhibition currently taking place in Laxey is highlighting the importance of art for those dealing with stress.

'Perspectives' features work from those who use 'Rock2Recovery', an organisation that supports those who've served in the armed forces and their families.

It's on at the Hodgson Loom Gallery until 15 November.

Heather Melvin from Rock2Recovery, artist Gary Bennett and first Julia Ashby Smyth from the gallery have been speaking to Manx Radio's Howard Caine:
