More Westminster trips in the pipeline

'Every little helps' in the Island's Brexit negotiations, according to the chief minister.

It was announced in this week's budget statement that £1 million was being put into a special reserve to aid ongoing talks with international representatives, as the UK prepares to leave the EU.

The fund will be used to cover travel expenses, and hire extra staff if required - with a scope for more cash to be added over time.

Howard Quayle has already embarked on a number of trips to Westminster, with more in the pipeline.
