Even more new nurse's quarters planned

Blueprints unveiled for additional housing

Plans for more new student nurse's accommodation in Braddan have been published.

Building work began on the £2 million Henry Bloom Noble Healthcare Trust Residence in August, due for completion in September next year.

It will house almost 50 trainee medical staff - the project is aimed at attracting more skilled health workers to the Island.

The latest plans earmark space for one additional townhouse dwelling on the former site of Union Mills Football Club.
