Firefighters were called to Ronaldsway Airport yesterday (Sunday) after a fire broke out on board an aircraft.
Shortly before 6pm, crews from Castletown and Port Erin were called to the airport along with an Enhanced Rescue Unit from Douglas.
A full emergency was declared after an engine on a British Airways SAAB 9000 aircraft caught light as the plane was starting up.
