DESC asks Tynwald to balance £8.9m
Tynwald will be asked to balance a £9 million overspend from the Department of Education, Sport and Culture next month.
The DESC says it’s gone overbudget in part because of high energy costs.

It’s one of two departments which has to pay for its own gas and electricity.
