66-year-old has not guilty plea entered on his behalf
A Douglas man will stand trial after being accused of a public order offence.
Courtenay Adam Heading, of Richmond Road, appeared at Douglas Courthouse yesterday (4 July).
The 66-year-old allegedly used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour on Parliament Street in Ramsey on 16 June.
He refused to cooperate with the court process leading High Bailiff Jayne Hughes to enter a not guilty plea on his behalf.
A pre-trial review will take place on 22 August; he’s been bailed until that date.
