Local authority is urging people with information to contact them
Douglas City Council says 'regular' anti-social behaviour in Noble's Park toilets will lead to increased costs for ratepayers.
In a statement on Facebook, the local authority said its cleaners were 'faced' with a blocked toilet and paper 'splattered' on the walls and floor.
The council is urging people who may have information and want to help 'stop' the incidents to call 696300.
It added that it will be working with the Community Policing Team to 'deal' with those who are 'responsible'.
