Court for stealing from Home of Rest for Old Horses

37-year-olds admits offence

A man who stole building materials from the Home of Rest for Old Horses has appeared in court.

37-year-old Jonathan Pressley from Onchan admitted the offence, which took place at the organisation's headquarters of Richmond Hill in February.

Prosecution advocate Hazel Carroon withdrew a charge of taking a tipper truck from the premises without consent.

Pressley was bailed to appear before High Bailiff Jayne Hughes again on 30 April.
