More out-of-town driving could cut crashes, says instructor
A Douglas driving instructor says broadening what's involved in the driving test could help to reduce serious incidents.
Lisa Hodgson from MSM has suggested testing could include more out-of-town driving, to benefit the newly-qualified motorist on Island roads.
It's as test changes to bay parking are due to come in at the beginning of December.
