Brownfield regeneration could provide housing for key workers 

Minister defends £10 million scheme which will see developers bid for cash

Handing out money to developers looking to regenerate derelict brownfield sites on the Isle of Man could help provide accommodation for key workers.

That’s the view of the enterprise minister whose department has received Tynwald backing to ringfence £10 million to spark development.

Earlier this year the Isle of Man Government set a target of increasing the population to 100,000 in the next 15 years.
