Assisted Dying: Experts express concerns around drugs involved

Evidence given to House of Keys as Bill in clauses stage

The debate around how assisted dying laws could work on the Isle of Man continues.

More experts have been giving evidence at this week's sitting of the House of Keys, this time looking at the medicines involved in the process.

Maire Stapleton, a pharmacist and expert in the pharmaceutical aspects of assisted dying, is concerned about a lack of evidence around the drugs needed:
