Already coldest March on record

Data collected since 1947

We may only be three days into spring but it's already broken Met Office records.

Thursday, March 1, was officially the coldest day of the month since records began.

Registering a maximum temperature of just 1.1 degrees celsius, it slashes the previous March record of 1.5 degrees set in 1965.

Weather data has been collected at Ronaldsway since 1947.
