All arrivals to Island need to self isolate for 14 days

New measure now in force

From this morning, all air and sea passenger arrivals on the Isle of Man need to self isolate for 14 days to help the Island keep coronavirus at bay.

This strict measure will be enforced and people not adhering will be prosecuted.

Health Minister David Ashford says self isolation means staying at home:

Do not go to school / work. 

Do not go to public areas. 

Do not use public transport or taxis. 

Do not go to the shop to buy food or essentials. 

However, you can go into your garden, so long as it doesn't effect other people. 

The other reason to self isolate is if you feel unwell.
