Quayle examines Manx climate emergency obligations
Making the Isle of Man a carbon neutral Island by 2050 is going to be a difficult task according to the chief minister, but there will be opportunities for young people along the way.
In an interview with Manx Radio, Howard Quayle says over a billion pounds of investment will be needed to retrofit the current housing stock and for electric vehicle infrastructure.
However, after meeting with Manchester mayor Andy Burnham, Mr Quayle believes the climate emergency presents Manx students with a chance to learn skills in green technologies:
