800 people respond to homelessness survey

A survey on homelessness on the Isle of Man has garnered over 800 responses according to the chief minister.

The public perception survey closed yesterday (27 January). 

It explored the seriousness of homelessness on the Island, whose responsibility it is to tackle it and if there is enough awareness of support services.

Alfred Cannan told the House of Keys, aside from the online form, employees from public health also collected lived experiences from those affected or at risk of homelessness for the past three months.
