Manx Minds leads two-day training programme
Six different Island companies and schools have come together to 'promote and maintain good mental health'.
DQ Advocates hosted a two-day training programme led by wellbeing organisation Manx Minds.
Those involved included DQ, Tower Insurance, Nedbank Private Wealth, IQ-EQ as well as St. Ninian's and QEII high schools.
Everyone that completed the course received a Mental Health First Aid certificate.
It's believed one in three people on the Island could be affected by a mental health issue.
DQ's Jessica Cocker took part in the course and said she now feels more "knowledgeable and confident" to help someone struggling with mental health difficulties.
