Tim Johnston succeeds Brian Brumby
Tim Johnston, an arable farmer from Sulby, has been elected as the new president of the Manx National Farmers’ Union.
He succeeds Brian Brumby, who held the post for six years.
The new vice president is Ean Parson, a mixed beef and sheep farmer from Laxey.
The election took place after the Annual General Meeting of the Manx NFU at the end of last month.
The pair say they are delighted to have the opportunity to represent their industry.
