Staff of Nationwide International have selected Isle of Man Hospice as their charity for the coming year.
For more than 20 years the company’s staff have selected which charity they wish to support.
Marketing Manager Seamus Byrne says the company has supported numerous local and community charities over the years.
He adds that Hospice is a wonderful cause and provides an invaluable service to the local community and staff are looking forward to a number of fund raising events planned over the coming 12 months.
Mary Doyle, Isle of Man Hospice fund raising manager, said the decision by Nationwide’s staff was “warmly welcomed.”
She says what’s really nice is that this is a vote by the staff themselves, and it appears that Hospice was a clear winner, which makes it very special
