There's news of a major "VIP" development at Ronaldsway Airport.
Its still subject to contract, but its planned that Isle of Man Airport, along with Island Aviation And Travel Limited will develop a new executive jet facility and aircraft hangar with VIP passenger facilities.
A fifty year lease on a site between the Airport and the Manx Aviation Preservation Society Museum site would see Island Aviation investing between £3 and £4 million on the executive jet facility site. It would include the development of an additional 2,100sqm aircraft apron area and private car park area .
