An Isle of Man based developer has unveiled plans for a multimillion pound housing estate in Ireland.
Minetta Limited, registered in Finch Road in Douglas, plans to build more than 150 houses next to Wexford Racecourse.
The company says the estate would incorporate green features such as rainwater harvesting and traffic calming measures.
It’s the firm’s second planning application for the site after proposals dating back to 2009 were scrapped.
