Passengers urged to help fund soar
Flybe is encouraging passengers to dig deep over Christmas to help young people with cancer.
The airline is running a month-long donation drive onboard its flights, in aid of Cancer Research UK Kids & Teens.
Now in its eighth year, Flybe staff and customers have raised more than £0.5 million for the charity.
Almost 2,000 young children and 2,400 young adults are diagnosed with cancer every year in Britain - more of them now beat the disease than ever.
Kids & Teens director Claire Rowney said: "there is still more to be done to bring forward the day that every child survives cancer", and added that the charity is very thankful for Flybe's support.
