Douglas firms will power boxing tournament

A Douglas accountancy firm is pulling no punches in its sponsorship of a local charity boxing tournament.

Crowe Clark Whitehill has offered its support to the Thriller in the Villa contest next month.

Men and women of all abilities and professions, will be rumbling in the ring in aid of Hospice Isle of Man and Rebecca House.

Douglas-based restaurant Pizza King is also throwing its weight behind the charity, in co partnering deal with hospice in the run-up to the event.

It will see the firm offer sponsorship and a slice of sales from a special new pizza created to mark the Island's second white collar boxing event.

Last year's inaugural Thriller at the Villa raised a knockout £20,000 for worthy local causes.
