£300 raised through 'swear box' donations
A local legal firm has raised hundreds of pounds for charity with a little unconventional fundraising.
Corlett Bolton collected up to £300 through a 'swear box' before donating the proceeds to different organisations across the Island
Instead of accepting fees from the swearing of oaths on documents, the firm put the payments aside as donations.
The funds were then distributed to employees' chosen charities, including; homeless charity Graih, and to the DEC Yemen Crisis Appeal.
Director Sally Bolton says the company was happy to give something back.
