Well, help is at hand in a TV programme tomorrow evening (Tuesday).
The programme, at seven thirty on ITV, focuses on the Border region which has started the digital terrestrial TV revolution in the UK.
It focuses on a family as they upgrade their TV equipment and explains how the most vulnerable people in the community can be helped through the process.
The Island switches over to digital in 2009.
