Dates have been set for the closure of the Island's branches of Britannia International.
The Port Erin and Ramsey branches will close first on the 27th June.
They will be followed by the Douglas branch just over two months later on 29th August.
The closures were confirmed in a letter to Britannia's 16,000 customers, 40% of whom are local.
It was announced in January this year that the business would gradually be wound down over the year, with the loss of 31 jobs.
A review concluded the Co-operative Bank's merger with the Britannia building society in 2009 should probably not have taken place and the problems of both organisations were exacerbated by the merger.
Chief Minister Allan Bell says the announcement is "disappointing news, but not unexpected"
