Remand for man who denies producing heroin to Isle of Man

41-year-old also charged with possession with intent to supply

A Douglas man will stand trial after denying being involved in the supply of heroin on the Isle of Man.

Frank Harrison, of Brisbane Street, appeared at Douglas Courthouse.

The 41-year-old denied being concerned in the production of the Class A drug on or about 17 July.

He also entered a not guilty plea to a charge of possessing 375 grams of it with intent to supply.

Committal proceedings, where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery, will take place on 19 September.

An application for bail was refused and he’s been remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until that date.
