Open meeting to discuss sewage discharge

Presentation at Laxey Football Club on Tuesday evening

An open meeting will be held next week on issues relating to sewage discharges around the Island.

A presentation will be given by David Jones and Roger Tomlinson of the Best for Laxey Bay group focusing on discharges and overspills of sewerage at Douglas, Groudle, Garwick and Laxey.

They say it will also include the latest information and figures from government on the issue.

The presentation will take place at Laxey Football Club on Tuesday, 11 July from 7pm.
