A Douglas man accused of producing heroin to the Isle of Man, which had a street value of between £37,000 and £75,000, has appeared in court again.
Shaun Robert Milligan, of Manor Woods, has also been charged with possessing the Class A drug with intent to supply and possession of more than £20,000 in criminal cash.
The 47-year-old is further accused of dangerous driving and failing to stop for a PC – the offences allegedly took place on or about 17 July.
Committal proceedings – where the case is elevated to the Court of General Gaol Delivery – will take place on 3 October.
