Douglas man admits involvement in £31K cannabis supply

36-year-old caught with 1.5 kilos of Class B drug

A Douglas man has admitted being involved in supplying more than £31,500 worth of cannabis to other people.

Gary Thomas Ross, of Lheannag Park, appeared at Douglas Courthouse where he admitted being concerned in the supply of 1.5 kilograms of the Class B drug between 3 July and 3 October last year.

The 36-year-old will be sentenced at the Court of General Gaol Delivery.

Bail was granted until his appearance there on Friday (12 January).

 

Update: At Douglas Courthouse on 12 January the court determined a Newton Hearing is required before sentencing can take place. This will take place on 28 March.
