28-year-old denies pushing man's head into fire pit

A Ramsey man will stand trial next year after denying pushing a man’s head into a fire pit.

Jordan John Butler, of North Shore Road, appeared at the Court of General Gaol Delivery where he entered a not guilty plea to an offence of assault causing actual bodily harm.

It was allegedly committed at a property on Bride Road in the early hours of 7 April.

The 28-year-old was told he’ll undergo a four-day trial which will start on 2 April 2024; bail continues.
