First welcome event this month at Ballacloan
Ramsey Football Club says it's looking to re-establish a women's team for the 2019/20 season.
A team has been registered with the Isle of Man Football Association, along with a coach and manager, and the club is now looking to recruit as many women as possible to get a squad ready for the league.
A get-together is being held at Ballacloan this Sunday, 18 August, starting at 1pm.
All women aged 16 and over are welcome, regardless of their fitness level or ability.
Full information will be given on the day and, numbers permitted, a five-a-side training session will be put on, so people are advised to bring along boots and trainers.
