Player's double win on Christmas promotion
A major pre-Christmas promotion by Island-based PokerStars has declared a winner.
Twenty-two year old Stian Hansen from Oslo in Norway, scooped more than $70,300 in the PokerStars Christmas Calendar.
It came on the anniversary of his first big poker win of $40,000 - on the Supersonic last Christmas.
Stian - or SlemPastor, his online name - also took the $22 MicroMillions Marathon Main Event title, a low stake tournament during December.
The events are all part of PokerStars' online Christmas festival.
