Celton completes cricket club sponsorship

Online gaming provider Celton Manx has finalised its sponsorship of Castletown Cricket Club this season, even though there are only a few weeks left to run!

The locally-based firm has backed the club all through this season but has only recently completed the corporate branding of the kits.

Executive director Bill Mummery says the club shares his company's values of promoting sport to children and young people.

The cricket club, which practices at King William's College, has three senior and four junior teams as well as a fledgling ladies team.

Club chairman Stephen Eppleston says the sponsorship is an endorsement of the club's thriving youth set-up.

Several youth players have performed as Isle of Man representatives in the last year, with under-15 Seb Aycock playing for the full Island team.
